About this listen
If love was what made the Earth go round, then it was about to freeze on its axis.
Worldwide, true love was dwindling more and more every single year.
Now it’s at an all-time low.
Few people know the repercussions of love being created or, more importantly, of love being lost.
A fairy godmother knew.
It was her job to ensure matches were made and love achieved.
The problem is fairy godmothers aren’t what they used to be, and it’s creating a domino effect across the globe.
Paris Beaufont isn’t your typical fairy godmother, and that’s exactly what Happily Ever After College needs to bring more lovers together.
Can Paris help fairy godmothers to evolve in the modern world—making love blossom, rather than wilt and fade away—before it’s too late?

Paris and Faraday are back for more adventures
This book starts with a new bad guy, the Deathly Shadow, roaming the streets as mist looking for someone. Someone who is a Halfling of magician and fairy….. hmmmm, I wonder who that can be….. Since the truth about Paris's parentage was revealed the night before, the Deathly Shadow can now find her.
Paris tries to uncover her past – who and where are her parents. So off she goes in search of the truth. However, everyone who knows Paris and her parents, Liv and Stefan, have all been spelled so they can’t tell her what happened. Now that the truth of Paris’s real identity has come out, Paris can meet the family she didn’t know existed (tissue alert).
During all this, Paris is given a mission to try to bring Amelia and Grayson together (the failed match at the beginning of the first book) because despite the day before being Valentines Day, the love meter is dropping dangerously low which is causing real world problems.
Faraday gets up to some mischief, he just had to find out why the Serenity Gardens is off limits on a Tuesday, and of course gets into trouble….
I loved this book and Paris’s character – she’s very much like Liv and Sophia in that she believes in fair justice and standing up for people.
Dara Rosenberg and Sarah Noffke are an amazing team in writing and narrating the Beaufont books.
