Summary
When Loren meets Jack, she’s sure he’s the man she’s been waiting for - a perfect husband and father for her young daughter. Shortly after their wedding, their plans to start a life together are put on hold when the couple receives word that Jack’s father has died.
In an effort to appease her new husband, Loren invites her mother-in-law, Coralee, to stay with them while she grieves. When strange things begin to occur just after her arrival, Loren questions how much she knows about the woman she invited into her home.
One calculated move after the next, Coralee attempts to drive a wedge between Loren and her new husband. Jack believes his mother’s strange behavior is just further proof she needs their help, but Loren isn’t so sure. As Coralee’s actions become increasingly sinister, Loren is pushed to her breaking point, and she realizes she must do whatever it takes to get rid of her mother-in-law for good.

Had to remind myself to breathe at the end of this book!! - what a good ending and what a great book. Thoroughly enjoyed listening to this.

An afternoon well spent!
Excellent! Some twists that I never envisioned coming as the book progressed! I found myself exclaiming out loud, no, never, wow! Easy listening for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Brilliant!!!
Great story, good narration.
It was very far fetched and unbelievable from the start, but really enjoyable just the same.
The husband (Jack) was a bit of a mummy boy wimp, I really found him annoying!!
I would recommend it though!!

Wow!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it was so gripping! The ending was a little far fetched but still really good. The narrator was excellent too. Highly recommended.

Ok
This was the 1st book I read by this author. While I commend the effort put in by the author I struggled to get engrossed into this book. It may be the narration which could have been better.

Kept me engaged to the end!
Don't write many reviews as people's tastes are very different. I don't like to influence people into buying, or using their credits. I can read about 5 books at the same time, back and forth. All I want to say is I listened to this over 24 hours without going to one of my other audio books. I found it an easy listen but pretty creepy,in the way it was written. Yes lots of books out there with the same type of storyline but I had to get to the end! I guessed some of it,but it becomes so addictive to see if you're correct. The end plot is really good and will put you off inviting friends family anyone to come and stay in your house! And this is a statement that doesn't even cover the main storyline! Brilliant narrator too!

Fantastic
kept me guessing all the way through. Amazingly written. Couldn't stop listening!!! Narrated very well. Can not wait to listen to another one of her books now.

Gripping!

What a waste of a credit ! The narrators voice is terrible. So glad it was a free credit would be disappointed if I had paid for it
