Needs more pics of actual cooked dishes
I love Debbie M, but I was disappointed that this audible doesn’t have more pics of the actual dishes. I don’t care about the Greece pics or pics of her; I just want to see what the dishes will look like!

Quite a shocking disclosure.

I find this audible so practical....
This audible is so extreme as for once the author doesn't set a dieting method, instead he enables you to connect with your inner self and acquire liberation from unhealthy eating habits.NLP is the way things should be done when it comes to dieting because most eating disorders are related to people's cognitive strength.

The content is, simple, effective and easy.
A fantastic audiobook that is a terrific aid in helping lose those extra pounds. It is leisurely to use, ingredients do not call for exotic spices, and can be switched for other days.
It really allows keep you on track. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to eat a well sensible diet.

Time saver!!!
This is absolutely the best Mediterranean audiobook anywhere. It’s so uncomplicated yet exhaustive. It doesn’t bog you down with a slot of analysis. It just gives you simple menus, snacks, and recipes.
