About this listen
Best friends since childhood, Bristol Abbot and Roan Storm wouldn’t dream of mucking up their relationship with sex, until his deployment going-away party and too much tequila drive them together.
Six weeks later, there’s more than just friendship at stake.
Bristol is pregnant while Roan is stationed overseas for six more months, and neither knows what comes next.
As the weeks turn into months, their friendship morphs into a shared devotion to their child and each other. Bristol is determined to honor her promise of including Roan in their child’s life, she just has no assumptions of a deeper relationship no matter how much she wants more.
For Roan, what once seemed impossible now feels as necessary as breathing, and he comes home with a new set of orders in mind.
This marine has seduction on the brain....

Seduction
I enjoyed listening to Blair Seibert, I thought great just right for this book.
A great start to a series.
Friends, one night stand and ohh 9 months of of proof to show for it.
Rowen and Bristol, try and figure out how to get their heads around the pregnancy and strength of friendship will cope.
loved it

Beta-male with a protective side <3
Very cute story about two friends who become afraid of never seeing each other again, so they spent a night together before Roan was deployed.
The whole surprise pregnancy is not something I like it very much because I can't find it believable enough. I mean, you have unprotected sex, you can't be that surprised you are pregnant, just saying. But it wouldn't have a story without this plot device. With that out of the way, I can't think of any other thing that bother me. Roan was a sweetheart, I'm happy to se beta-males protecting their family, it's heartwarming and felt genuine. Their relationship was slow and nice, nothing rushed, but never boring.
The narrator bring out life for the story. Although I don't really like female narrator for dual POV (I rather a male voice for the entire audiobook or a dual narration), she did an amazing job. Her voice was soothing, pace is good and the intonation coherent with the scene.
