Are you one of the 2.5 million managers who have received no or little formal training and how to manage? In 1994, I was that person. It wasn't until almost 12 years later that anyone invested in me and put me into a formal management development program. In those 12 years, I had some highs and deep lows as a manager. I’m not one for long-winded books, Lord knows I’ve wasted hours of my life reading books that could have been condensed into a quarter of their length. This is why this book is short and sweet. It's light on theory and high on proven practicality. Each of the four habits is explained along with simple steps on how to implement it.
