The man who didn’t
It was good. A few twists and turns and you have to pause reality for a little but enjoyable. Worked for me and I’m a man! Although I can’t hold a candle to Eddie, who makes things out of wood, is the nicest person in the world and bakes his own bread!

Loved this book
Definitely not predictable! I’m usually quite good at predicting, but the big twist in this story really took me by surprise and what started off as being a slow and not so captivating story, became unputdownable!! Made me cry but won’t spoil by saying whether happy or sad tears.

Lovely book
Really enjoyed this book. Very easy to listen to as the speaker has a clear voice and spoke at a good pace. There was a good twist that I didn’t see coming. Would recommend this to anyone who’s experienced heartbreak.

so beautifully written- a good story.
The author's use of the English language is outstanding- poetic without pretension; story was riveting with a very good twist. Will miss the characters!

Worth the wait
Kept me hanging and hanging as I arrogantly thought I knew exactly what was coming......nope!
Loved the narrator.
Has opened my mind a smidge more which is what great books do.
