About this listen
The paradox of awareness is very profound and yet very simple. It can't be described because it has no objective qualities and no limitation. Sometimes it comes naturally to the surface when we are fully in the present moment and no longer lost in thought or mental projections. Pure consciousness is neither high nor low, neither pleasant nor unpleasant, neither good nor bad. No matter where we are, no matter what we are doing, we always have an immediate access to that inner stillness. It can be experienced in an instant in all circumstances once we know how to pay attention to it. It is utterly peaceful and it is also insightful, so it sees through all illusions. Whenever there is a moment of being deluded, we can use that moment to practice settling in the very perfect sphere of the Buddha mind without trying to change anything. When we reside in that liberated mind, we find the very thing we have been seeking all along.

Very good
I also listened No Self, No Priblem. Both are very good. Overall, the message is quite simple and refreshing. Humour comes across and it is an enjoyable listen. Good engaging narration. I must have listened to it about five times already, which says something for it! Maybe that I still don't get it?! Together with No Self, No Problem, my best purchases on Audible. Thanks to the author!

Find Enlightenment by Not Looking
This is the kind of book that takes a while to say little, the message is good i.e. the benefits of letting go of the things we perceive to be important. However, the story gets a little caught up in the divinity or ideal of the notion of enlightenment while preaching that there is no ideal. For example, the idea that enlightenment is unconditional is troublesome if you have to follow some conditions eg letting go or freeing your mind which are conditions.
With all that said, it's worth listening too if just to remind you that you maybe be focusing on the things that frustrate you rather than on the things that make you happy.

Fantastic
Enlightening. It states the same message in many different ways, which is helpful in being flexible about the core message

Highly recommended!!
Anan Thubten has a very simple, direct way of pointing at the ineffable, so that it grabs your heart and it inspires you in a very immediate, practical way. The book is well narrated by Fred Stella. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Wonderful. Throughout the whole book, it feels like enlightenment and freedom from suffering is just within reach. A wise, gentle, kind and compassionate book.

Good reminder of what really is important
I do recommend very pleasant read, a good reminder of being in the now moment rather than living in the past.
