Summary
At the age of 25, Vincent Tolman was pronounced dead and put in a body bag. Nearly an hour later, he miraculously came back to life. This book is about Vincent's experience–what he saw, what he was taught, and the message of hope and joy he brought back with him to Earth.
"This book was literally life-changing for me. It not only explained why the world is the way it is right; It gave me hope in what's to come." (Richard Paul Evans, number one New York Times best-selling author)
Vincent Tolman was found dead in the bathroom of a small restaurant. He had been dead for over half an hour at the age of 25. When paramedics arrived, they put him in a body bag and took him away. A rookie paramedic had a feeling to risk his career, break all protocols, and try to resuscitate Vincent. Miraculously, he restarted Vincent's heart, and Vincent was in a coma for three days. Vincent remembers what happened on the "other side" while he was dead. This is his story.

Immersive and life changing!
What a fabulous one!
I was sceptical at first, but I am thrilled to have listened it. The messages need to be spread to all.
From my perspective, "The Light After Death" is a powerful and thought-provoking book that explores the concept of life after death and the potential for continued growth and evolution beyond this physical realm. Tolman offers a compelling and insightful look into various spiritual and religious traditions, scientific research, and personal experiences to paint a vivid picture of what may lie beyond the boundaries of our physical existence.

Transformational & highly recommended, with a couple of caveats
This book has been transformational in my life. It's helped me view challenges through a different lens, and have greater faith in my ability to transform situations through the God-given creative power we've each been blessed with, and through my own attitude and intentions. I love the 10 principles that are highlighted and reinforced throughout the book and the way they're taught and explained.
I just have two reservations about this book.
Firstly, though it is by no means critical of religion, I worry that it somewhat discounts the very important role that organised religion plays in our faith journey.
Secondly and most importantly, I'm confused and bereaved by the lack of references to Jesus in this book. I recognise that spiritual experiences are adapted to the capacity and needs of the individual at the time, and given Vinny's age and experience at the time of his death and the fact that Drake would have understood that Vinny already had the basics of a Christian framework in place in his life, perhaps this was the reason that Christ and His role were not emphasised. But all the same, this felt like a glaring oversight and does sit very uncomfortably with me, and is something that has caused me sorrow and reflection.
That said, I'm pleased for the light and truth the book does contain, and ultimately the fruits of it are that it has strengthened my desire to reach out to God and live in a higher and holier way for him, so I would recommend it on that basis.

Lovely story of hope and spiritual truth
A well told account of his NDE that adds to the large and continually growing body of evidence supporting the survival of the soul. We do not die but transition.

Amazing Story
It makes sense and seems to contain wisdom and experiences that is beyond fabrication.
Also there would not be sufficient brain activity to hallucinate that if he was declared brain dead.
Out of body experiences are well known, documented and authenticated in many other cases so that is not in doubt.
I have no reason to doubt the truth his story.
45 minutes dead and then being perfectly healthy with no brain damage is miraculous in itself.
I highly recommend.
