Summary
After serving two tumultuous years with the CIA, Tony Gannon quit after the military coup that overthrew Chilean President Salvador Allende in 1973. Now a lawyer in 1981 Miami, a city impacted by the Mariel Boatlift from Cuba, Gannon is assigned to represent a judge accused of murdering a prominent Cuban exile.
