There are three rules Brooke Sullivan must follow as a new nurse practitioner at a men’s maximum-security prison:

gripped from the beginning
I absolutely loved this book it had me gripped from the beginning, Freda always has great twist in her stories and I am never able to guess them. Highly recommend!

Thriller, keeps you in the balance
It keeps the story going with twist and turns and it comes together in the end to make sense. How can Brooke be so gullible!! The story had me on edge at times…

very cringy writing
I saw people recommending this writer and wanted to listen to a good thriller but this was a let down. I found the writing american soap opera-ish and cringy, and the twists predictable.. not a match for me

This is the first book of Freida Mcfadden, I really enjoyed the Story and it got me guessing for a long time, and I kept swapping and changed my mind who . the murderer was! I really enjoyed it. I will look at another book of hers.. 5 0ut 5
