About this listen
I'll cheat death itself to save the woman I love. Impossible...for anyone but Doctor Undying!
Freed from parole, I’m free to mentor the beautiful villainesses under my care. But my ultimate goal remains Project Rebirth and saving my lover, Green Phoenix.
The key to these experiments appears at a supervillain auction being held in the kingdom of an immortal tyrant. Countless obstacles, upstart wannabes, and an unexpected foe from my past, stand in our way.
Send your tanks, your monsters, and your army of misshapen clones against me, I’ll crush them all to claim what is rightfully mine!

Even better than the first one
Amazing sequel. somehow, this book is even better than the first one. A great blend of action, adventure, romance, and planning, the doc is manipulating situations like a chess master. Can't wait for more.

A amazing sequel
The book hits the right notes as a continuation from the first bug that makes you feel like the world is more alive as it shows off more of it and introduces characters. You’ve only heard about in the first novel.

Fighting mortality
At my request I received a copy of this audiobook in order to give a fair and unbiased review.
Genre: Immortal super villain Scifi harem
Power dynamics in harem: The MC is desired, respected and deferred to by his girls, so he calls the shots.
Explicit/adult material: Explicit.
Summary:
When given to option to join a villains convention hosted by another immortal and join the auction for what could be the final inspiration for project rebirth, the doctor and his girls of course have to join.
But someone is up to no good at the auction and sweet revenge will have to be had.
Narration
Voice diversity: Good. Characters are easy to recognise from their voice.
Pacing and intonation: Where the narration really shines. The storytelling is superb.
Sex scenes: Well done.
Matt and Erin are both among my favorite narrators and this book only adds to that.
Overall Narration: 5/5 stars.
The book’s strengths.
- The premise of a villain mastermind that is not evil-insane, but "make the hard choices" morally grey
- The first book introduced a lot of women to the mcs life and the second focuses on building the relationships and delicious action
- The attraction from the girls to the MC feels natural and though it progresses
- The writing is fun and has many cool references throughout
- The narration
The book’s weaknesses.
- I can't think of things I would wish to change
Overall: 5/5 stars

Great sequel for an Insane Supervillain
Really fun sequel and once again you can tell that Matt Hicks is having a ton of fun narrating Doctor Undying, the manic ex-supervillain who returns in an attempt to save one of his ex-lovers from time itself.
