I consider it better for us.

The central purpose of this book is to let you know that you can defeat whatever anxiety you have faced or are currently going through in your relationships. A lot of people like you have been capable to meet their fears, look it in the eye, and conquer every anxiety.

Oh my goodness!

Oh my goodness! In chapter one, I already felt connected. I felt understood. And I feel empowered. Picking up on so much and caring so much felt like an affliction in my life that no one understood. I have highlighted quite a bit. I think that you will also. It is a book that can and should listen again from time to time.

Significantly clarified everything.

This book has significantly clarified everything about the need to think about this subject. This book will assist you with understanding the empathic nature; which an empath is, the thing that characterizes sympathy, how to tell whether you are an empath, and the potential kinds of empaths. I simply cherished this book.

The book teaches us how to recognize the symptoms of anxiety in order to understand and develop sympathy for our partner.Great insights for dealing with a difficult person with anxiety.I would must suggest this book to anyone.

I highly advise this book.

I know the root causes of my anxiety in various social situations now and have started to use the tools the author recommends regularly. Starting to see real results, which is hopeful.

There is a lot of good information.

There is a lot of good information if you're only at the beginning stages of your journey learning about Empaths. It may not be for someone who has been researching the subject for a while but it was very helpful for me as I am only starting to learn what an Empath is.

Start having a more positive life.

It's packed with highly valuable knowledge on how to cope with anxiety, worry, and negativity in the relationship. I understood that I have a lot of negative thoughts that I was not informed of, and now I'll use what I learned in the book to start having a more positive life.

Highly suggest.

It encouraged me to accept that my anxiety is not a weakness, it’s just part of my personality. I deal with things differently than some and it helped me find ways to do that without fear.
