Can secrets from the past shape the future?

The year is 1348, and the plague is set to sweep through England, leaving tragedy in its wake. Unaware of what awaits her, Agnes is in love and betrothed to Ted. But her life is about to be torn apart, and nothing will ever be the same again.

Jennifer’s life has changed for the better since she arrived in Italy. She’s put her past behind her and can finally look forward to a brighter future with boyfriend, Francesco, and her Italian relatives, if it wasn’t for the disturbing visions she keeps having of a pregnant young girl. Good story

I liked the performance by the reader and how we got to see the full story of the healer. A lot of hard work and research has gone into this book.

Wow AMAZING

Wow, I absolutely loved this...

2nd in series from Helen Pryke listened on audiable and getting reading to listen to 3rd. This is a first for me to follow a series one after another...

I enjoyed the first book alot however this 2nd one just blew me away it had everything for me. It picks up where The Healers Secret leaves off and then delves into the past at a much deeper level, which for me was amazing.

Full of healing, plants, tinctures, dragonflies, soul feeling, intuition, plague, disaster, courage, travel, evil, family, romance, heartache, love, family, protection, witches believed to be of evil, oh my so many descriptions this has it all.

I litrally felt I was living this story this has to be one of my fave ever read..!!! I absolutely embraced every bit of this as if I was there in each moment with Agnes her story gripped me in so many ways I feel like I understand her at a soul level absolutely amazing writing. This resonated so deeply that I don't feel this will leave me for a while my heart broke for Agnes at times of her sadness during some of her loss!

It makes me want to be doing more in my own life back to living in some of the simple ways of using natural remedies as everyday ways for the wider community. It just really deeply resonates in so many ways absolutely beautiful even with the sadness, disaster, and evil that was so prevalent the light shines through.

Well narrated, pitch perfect each character well portrayed and executed so you simply find yourself just in this world of the novel and nowhere else!
