A deep insight into the struggles of leadership
I found this book to be quite transformational for me. As someone venturing into the world of management and startups, it's given me much greater empathy for the struggles of running a company. It has helped me to be more patient with the CEO of my company and understand her perspective much more clearly as a result.
This has made me look forward to the challenge of management, and found the ideals around shaping culture particularly reassuring.

Running a business, then read this.
Don't try to give this book a category, for example Buisness Management, just get ready to take notes, learn and bizarrely enjoy some rap.
