This book befits its title.
The recipes in it are just awesomely great. it has definitely boosted my health and lifestyle in the last few weeks. The most attractive part of the book is the inclusion of healthy fat, higher fiber, lower calories in the diet which is beneficial for weight loss.

Exposed to the right meal plan
This book opened my eyes to the fact that food is not all about putting something in the mouth but eating whats right.
