Realign your thoughts after work
love it. I listen to this on the train coming home. it keeps me at peace when the daily service is awful. Plus it gives me a chance to clear away the stresses of work and the daft train service and give my family at home a more pleasant me.

Simple to digest and understand
Easy to follow and digest. The chapters run a bit out of sync with the audio. Eg. Chapter 2 shows up as Chapter 3 and so on. The chapters are short so it’s no biggie.
I enjoyed listening. You can do it in one sitting, then rewind if you need to do so. If you have any knowledge or interest in law of attraction, this will make total sense to you.

Better learn this prayer otherwise you wouldn't be able to unlock your super mind, you know the one that's hidden behind your unconscious mind, where there any Jewish people mention, I'm not sure... fun fact Florence Scovel Shinn's Great Great Grandfather Signed the declaration of independence!
