Summary

Deep in a forest of Regency England dwells The Forest Lord - and there he dwells alone. A living legend, the powerful Green Man of yore has but one chance to escape his forest prison and one hope for love - the very woman he has vowed to destroy.

Unusual story but sweet

Not your usual regency romance but good to listen to none the less. Sweet story and interesting plot

An unusual adult fairytale

I did rather enjoy this book. It is a little out there , like all fairytales. But definitely for adults, not in a sexy way but gut wrenching hunting themes and twisted humanity. Definitely more like the Grimms fairytales.
The narrator is a little hit and miss with the accents, but worst of all like an American trying to do posh English .
