Flight of Hope
I love the narration of this story, maybe this is going to sound weird but the narrator's voice is soothing and slightly hypnotic. As for the story, it is excellent, and I love that the author did not shy away from writing about uncomfortable issues. However, I could not connect to Marlee and Bentley nor could I connect to Marlee and Jed. Flight of Hope is a good story, but as I listened, I felt that I was on the outside looking in, I kept waiting for some kind of connection so that I could experience what these characters were going through. Nevertheless, this is a brilliant story it just did not capture me.

Loving Again
This had me in all of my feelings. Being a military personnel and a former military wife. I knew the feelings Birdie was feeling. I remember sitting close to the tv to hear any reports about my spouse being deployed. The fact I was pregnant during his deployment. It brought all the memories back. I truly enjoyed this book. Narrator brought Birdies feelings to the forefront. This a must read.

Heartbreakingly good
This story is soooooo good OMG my heart was broken healed and broken again. Poor Marlee goes through so much heartache and she seems broken but when she meets Jed all seems good but he is sick can Marlee be his strength to get through it? I loved Jeds son Fender such a sweetheart. A great second chance romance. Lacy Laurel is a great narrator her voice is hypnotic and she draws you in so good. I would highly recommend this book it's an emotional rollacosta.

Such tragedy
Wow. Don't know how one person could cope with so much tragedy. Such a heart wrenching story. Marley is such a strong woman and the pain she endures is unimaginable. It's a must listen. Get your tissues ready.

Beautiful, Heartfelt Story! Great Listen🎧
Wow, what an amazing story about love, loss and trying to live again!! HJ Bellus created a masterpiece here, one that works its way straight in to your heart. I loved all the characters, they are realistic & relatable, same with the storylines. I highly recommend this book, it is an emotional rollercoaster ride filled with love, heat, laughs and tears, heart shattering ones be sure to have a box of tissues ready. HJ Bellus, thank you for this great, memorable story!!
I listened to the Audible edition, Lacy Laurel is a fabulous narrator, she performs the voices of all characters and brings them and their story to life. Thank you for another great listen!!

Amazing.. heart wrenching
HJ Bellus did a wonderful job with this story. This is a story of a love and loss, but it’s so much more! I felt everything right along with the characters. I laughed and cried multiple tiles while listening. The characters are so true to life and so relatable that you can put yourself in their shoes. This is one I will come back to because it was so good!
Lacy Laurel was a perfect choice for narrator! She did an amazing job with the characters!!

Wow!!!
The Flight of Hope by HJ Bellus is so much more than I expected. This book really is full of emotions from joy, loss, despair, hope, redemption, and love. I found myself pulled into the story of Marlee and Bently and Hope, then Caleb and Fender. I was amazed with the performance by Lacy Laurel. She added so much to the story by bringing the characters to life. I could envision so much by how she said things. This book will definitely stick with me.

Beautiful story of hope!
I had listened to another of HJ Bellus emotional rollercoaster story. I was ready and packed with some tissues. I so enjoyed the story of Marlee, while listening to her joy in high-school with Bentley, her wedding and then her terrible loss.
I felt her pain and her despair. Then her journey to recovery with Jed. I love second chances, this one didn’t disappoint.

This story will put you through an emotional roller coaster, have a box of tissues handy. A forever love crushed by death in its prime and a second chance to heal and start anew.
