Summary
Join John Parkin and his entertaining and enlightening guests on this audio version of his life philosophy of saying 'F--k It' and letting go.
With his first best-selling book, F--k It: The Ultimate Spiritual Way, John Parkin established that saying 'F--k It' was a spiritual act, helping us to let go, give up, and realise that things don’t matter as much after all.
Here, John chats with spiritual thinkers such as the Barefoot Doctor and Dr David Hamilton about his philosophy and also about how they themselves let go. He also talks to people who have adopted the F--k It philosophy and changed their lives completely - for the better!
Finally, John ends the program with a dynamic F--k It Meditation, which includes music and a powerful guided meditation.

A great audiobook!
Would you consider the audio edition of The F--k It Show to be better than the print version?
Haven't seen the print version, but I do prefer the audiobook version.
What did you like best about this story?
Listening to experts such as the Barefoot Doctor. Its interesting to listen to his take on trying to be the best human being you can be.
Have you listened to any of the narrator’s other performances? How does this one compare?
The meditation at the end. Made me feel a lot better. Relax, chill out and go with the flo:)
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It made me laugh and meditate. It also, perhaps more importantly, taught me to say to say "F*ck It" more. This has become my personal mantra over the last few months:)
