Finding my voice

I have always been that person others come to, and I would do everything in my power to make it happen. I am so exhausted, and I don't have time for me because of it. I grabbed this audiobook and listened during my commute. I am now finding my voice, and I feel so much better about myself. I have learned to say no without the passive aggressiveness. My friends have come to me and said how proud they are of me. I still do things for them, but now I have more say on when and where. The book is well written, and the narrator is super easy to follow.
