Worth a read

Enjoyed this a nice refreshing listen, I have listened to Jason Fung and they come off the same page. I do enjoy the pod cast Megan also does, really useful info here and I love to be reminded of things. Once you are in the right frame of mind it’s easy.

Repetition of Complete guide to fasting by Jason Fung

I felt I was listening to Jason Fung book on fasting. Haven’t finished listening to it. So far into 2 hours of listening. If you haven’t read his book then you will enjoy this one.

Absolutely great

I’m an experienced faster but loved listening to this book. Great for those that are just starting and those that hit a plateau, like me. I found a lot of refreshing information, despite having read books by Dr Fung.
