Amazing book - quick and practical!
I had come across Chenzen Wellness Centre’s website just by complete chance as I was researching acupuncture- having began acupuncture myself and the website was so helpful that I decided I would benefit from listening to this audiobook. I’m so glad I purchased and downloaded it - in just under an hour, I’ve learned centuries worth of advice distilled for someone who is very new to eastern medicine and Chinese healing strategies. Well worth a listen!

Superb!
Thoroughly enjoyed this! Brilliantly clear, engaging and warm narration of content that is concise and extremely useful.
I got a lot of handy and practical tips from this short (its under an hour so its quick and easy to digest) listen that i'm looking forward to adopting immediately. It highlights facts about wellbeing that are quite simple and logical but so easily forgotten and ignored and i'm glad to have been reminded about them in a clear and informative way. Its a title i'm definitely recommending to loved ones!

Very Helpful!
Such a easy, simple and effective little listen; since finishing I’ve managed to apply a lot of its practical advice. Also love how it gives a clear explanation about the basics of Chinese medicine…using very clear and memorable analogies. I’ll be coming back to this from time to time. Would highly recommend!
