This works!

A fortnight on from finishing this book, I'm sleeping like a baby. My body complained A LOT for the first week and I felt worse than ever. I nearly gave up! SO pleased I didn't. SO much better in myself. TRY IT, and give it time to work!

Worked wonders!

Whilst not every point in the book is revolutionary, I found the whole structure provided by Sasha super sensible, and gave me a plan to solve my problem. It worked within days for me and I’ve never looked back. So pleased I found this book when I did and could recommend it highly enough

What a wonderful book

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This honestly really improved my sleeping so much. I was getting about 2 hours a night and after reading this I started sleeping 5 or 6 which is a HUGE improvement

What about Stevie Zimmerman’s performance did you like?

A mixed bag

A useful and interesting approach, but quite badly written, with some extremely dubious leaps of logic at times (all justified with the "if you question any of this, you're looking to fail" get out clause that puts me in mind of a wannabe cult leader). Seems far too keen to extrapolate universal truths from personal experience and seems to ignore some medical facts. That said, there is a useful perspective on insomnia here, to counterbalance the rush for miracle cures and supplementation that's available these days.

A tall Tale

This is a very interesting book to read for those who suffer from sleeplessness. However the first few chapters could have been condensed somewhat. The interesting chapters were 10 onwards.

As a result the booked dragged on to the point where even the sound of the reader’s voice became a bit monotonous and repetitive.

It is however a good source of self help if a bit wordy.

Incredibly helpful

I've always struggled a lot with insomnia ever since childhood. Despite trying many many different methods not much really helped. I found some nuggets of gold in this book that have helped me achieve a healthier sleep pattern. My sleep isn't perfect but since reading this book I certainly have more tools available to me to address the problem.

Amazing

I had the best sleep I’d had for week the day after finishing this book. I am overall still sleeping better, there are still times when I wake in the night but I get back to sleep a lot quicker.

Holistic and Practical.For Psychological Insomnias

1. A great book for psychological insomnia but not for secondary insomnia.
2. Worth reading because it gives unconventional (mindset resetting and boosting), holistic advices that are very reassuring to the reader/sufferer. This helps them to address the root of their issue. Rather than repeating the old remedies of computers and phones off before bed, dark room and cool temperature etc. that most of us already know, she paints a different attitude and vibe for our understanding of insomnia.

I'm glad I stumbled on this book!

A must read

Have read this book before and us invaluable.
This time I downloaded the audible version and it's great.
Remember insomnia is all in your head and this book reminds you how to deal with it and it works
