The author's passion for customer service is contagious

After listening to this excellent book, I feel the author's passion for outstanding customer service has rubbed off on me. My eyes have been opened to see just how essential and fundamental outstanding customer service is to a successful business. The book is full of practical suggestions on how to establish and keep great customer connections and ensure they keep coming back, as well as promote your business through word of mouth.
Would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to succeed in business of any kind.
