This is an excellent account of how to work with organisations and teams in improving culture through clear actionable steps. Daniel brings his personality to the narrative, truly bringing the words to life, as if you were in a workshop with him. Thank you Daniel. Will be using many of your tips with teams I work with.

This book has many great insights, e.g. culture is built through small signals, not big speeches, vulnerability from leaders increases performance, the best cultures are high standards + high safety, belonging precedes performance, repetition beats inspiration. Also it’s worth noting that culture is shaped through three daily behaviors: What you praise, What you tolerate and What you personally model.
