It's OK but Sherlock never gets much of a look in.

The storylines are OK in principle. The division of points of view is where I get irritated. In this book, Watson gets about 5 chapters, the girl Becky gets more, and Lucy at least double. Frankly, I want more Sherlock (especially as the series is called Sherlock Holmes and Lucy); the balance just feels off. The division of characters has become more and more skewed as the series of books progress. Also, Becky is rather annoying. I have been marking these books down more and more in consequence of the balance of characters since it is becoming more of an issue as the series progresses. Shame because it has begun to spoil the books for me.
