I don’t condone bullying of any kind, and there will be no judging people based on their habits, lifestyles, or diets. Everyone is invited on this journey to repair, reclaim, and reshape their lives. There are no dangling carrots nor will you be forced to subscribe to anything. Most importantly, there will be no mind control games. I do request that you have a notebook and pen with you as I will be giving you a couple of tasks along the way.

Before this journey can start, I would like to tell you that you are an amazing person. Nobody on this journey will care about your gender, race, religion, or bank balance. All that you need to remember is that you are here for a reason. You may not know what that reason is straight off the bat, but by the end of this book, you will know. Throughout this book, you will receive subtle and not-so-subtle reminders of how special you are and you need to believe it. Are you ready to get this journey started? Let’s go.
