Great Listen
This book was amazing! I was very insightful. There was so many things i related to. The meditation techniques made so much sense considering how stressful life can get these days. Would highly recommend it.

Very helpful book!
I love this book! I found it to be very helpful and insightful. There were many things in there that resonated with me, like the author's idea about cultivating health through happiness instead of exercises or food restrictions-I think his point is really interesting because when you're stressed out all day long from work or family problems then your body doesn't prioritize fixing itself over other needs such as sleep which can make matters worse if not addressed properly (you'll feel even more wiped out). He also suggested meditation techniques which made sense considering how stressful life gets these days due ti pressure at home+jobs requiring heavy.

An excellent guide for a healthy life
This is a great listen for those who tried many diets but wonder why they can’t lose any weight. The book explains the difference between the mindset of the dieter and non dieter, and it offers many tools that can be used to create better health.

Health mindset is so important!
This has been such an enjoyable listen. The content of the book is really good, and the narration is superb. I have always struggled with having a healthy mindset, and my relationship with food is not the best, but this book has helped me a lot! I can't wait to start changing my life for good!

Important Information
I love reading books on your mindset and how this can change your life. It is so true, losing weight or eating healthy is not all about just that, it so much more. I would recommend this book to anyone who wanted to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle.

This book makes one grow more serious about health
I liked the concept of the book which comes up in a manner totally appealing. The book speaks of various aspects and introduces tips and tactics which one wouldn't have learnt ever before. Author appears to be a life doctor through this book and narrates important things in a beautiful way.

Very helpful audiobook
I have read a lot of books on healthy eating or exercising. And it was interesting to find a book about healthy mindset. I totally agree with author that this book can be very helpful companion for your health journey. The most I liked part about the tools needed to cultivate health AND happiness.

Restorative, Healing Insights
Bought this as I've been feeling stressed at work, and while quarantined at home, felt I was slipping into unhealthy behaviors and lifestyle habits. The Code of a Healthy mind is a genuine treatise on maintaining a healthy mood, mindset, and overall state of well being. The author identifies problem areas which people sometimes fall into, how to avoid them, and how to correct your state of being if you've been dwelling in detrimental thought and energy patterns. Has helped me regain focus and positivity, would certainly recommend.
