SO ENTRANCING!

I physically read the first book of this series and was thoroughly disappointed in the storyline and ending but this book was 100x better! The plot twists! I never expected any of them! This is great for kids 9+ especially young girls as it is very empowering.

Entertaining series, ruined by narration and sloppy research.

Bizarre pronunciations (eg, eyelarshes), dreadful accents, so many Americanisms (gotten, in back), and historical inaccuracies (police call boxes were invented in 1891 and not used by the Met until 1920s).
