work life balance

For someone like me that had a work burnout before, you know it's a painful process. I didn't reallize that at first, I just felt that lack of energy, lack of drives. And it's not something like a switch that turns on or off immediately. It's a slow burn. Now I think back, I dont even know when was the starting point of it. But it's a process that towards the end, it was painful and un-productive. Although it's past me now, it's still very helpful reading (listening to) this book. Some of the things I gradually discovered them myself after I took a long time recover. Some are new ideas that still brings me a big a-ha moment when I listen to it now.

A much needed book to listen to

With the many stressors I face at work, this audiobook was much needed, and I'm glad I got the chance to listen to it. It has good reminders and tips on what to do to avoid burnout and how to maintain a work-life balance. It was interesting to hear the insights provided by the author on how personality relates to burnout. I recommend this book.

I think I needed this book. It's proved perfect for the season of my life that I am in. This was super helpful

Burnout had me down bad - exhausted, dreading work, completely disconnected. This book was my lifeline, written with relatable wisdom and real-world tips on resetting priorities, establishing boundaries, and regaining your mojo.
