Poor narrator

This book might be okay, but I couldn’t get beyond chapter 3 as the narrator was so awful. She reads with a sing song rhythm with no pauses for a new sentence and emphasis on all the wrong words. Heavens, I could read it better! I do wonder how audiobook publishers select their readers. A waste of a credit; I shall try to return it.
