Summary
Poppy Maysen carries a journal in her purse. Its pages were filled long ago by a man who craved adventure, lived life to the fullest, and never failed to make her laugh. The journal is his birthday list - one she vows to complete.
She'll do the things he wanted to do most. Because maybe, just maybe, if she can finish his list, she can start to live again.

Loved
I really enjoyed this book it's very heartbreaking at times but also very heartwarming it was a beautiful story I loved the characters. the narrators did a great job

An emotional story with great narration
I went in blind to this because if it’s written by Devney Perry, I already know I will love it and this was no exception. A really emotional story about a widow trying to come to terms with losing her husband and finding love again unexpectedly.
I loved the characters in this, Poppy had such an endearing yet traumatic story. I loved Cole’s support for her, and he has the patience of a saint!!
I really enjoyed the plot and the little twists that came, it made a nice change of pace from my usual fluffy sports romances.

Heartwarming and comforting
This was a heartwarming and comforting story of overcoming grief and second chances.
Devney’s writing always comes across well and I enjoyed the unique plot and premise of the Birthday list. I really liked how she tied in the side plot about Belle too.
I always love the old characters in small town romances. They add charm and humour to the story.
Overall, an enjoyable listen.

Overall alright
I did unfortunately not enjoy this book as much as I thought I might have. I really wish there was more of a backstory about Jamie and Poppy. The storyline didn't make sense to Mr because I as a reader didn't know anything about Jamie and his birthday list.

Loved this
Really enjoyed listening to this story, extra that it was a freebee on Plus. Will certainly get the following story about Finn and Molly.I'm sure that that one will be a bit sad and hopefully will be a HEA. I hope we will see more of Cole ,Poppy and their family as we were treated to a lovely epilogue in this story.
