I found this book really fascinating in bringing together science with the spiritual to explain a view of the world and how we really can be the Bigger U. In particular, I love the way they discuss how to bring it into our daily life, particularly with work.My biggest learning? Really understanding the concept of time and space, something that has eluded me, but this book explained it simply and easily. The addition of the guided meditations just really added value!
