Game changer for those struggling

This book is great for me. I am at a point in my life where I feel in a rut and full of life's anxiety and pressure. This book is for sure going help me stabilize my mental status. I love the daily devotionals and journal prompts. I believe that is what is really going to make a difference for me. Philosophy is practical

I’ve been curious about philosophy, but I never thought it could be this practical. Philosophy becomes practical

I really enjoyed the approach this author took by taking philosophical principles and making them applicable to everyday life. The author discusses what stoicism is and the basic principles behind it. It's explained in such a way that is easy to understand and the author gives great examples and stories to make sense of it all. What I particularly enjoyed, though, is the exercises that were provided. They were easy to follow, and it gives you a chance to apply these principles to your life. The approach the author took is very well rounded, helping you whether you struggle at work, in your relationships with other people, or even if you're dealing with stress and anxiety. If you are interested in philosophy but want something more practical, I think you would find this audiobook to be very interesting and helpful.
