Finally Tackling “Too Much Stuff” with Confidence
I don’t live in chaos, but I definitely own more than I need—and this book gave me the push I needed to change that. What I loved most is how it helped me understand why I hold on to things and offered tools to break those habits. It’s not just about decluttering—it covers the mental and emotional side of things too. Unlike others I’ve tried, this one feels like a complete guide, not just quick tips. Highly recommend!

Simplify organization
Throughout my whole life I have had trouble with organization. My childhood room was a mess, my backpack was always a mess during school, and my mind always suffered and felt disorganized from the messy environments around me. I have read a few things and talked to some experts throughout my life trying to continue to work on this. This book may be the most digestible and accessible feeling collection of tips and tricks I have ever come across on the topic. Whether you have been working on it a long time like me, or you are just now looking for a change, this book will help make it easier for you to start using quick and easy tactics to clean your space and keep it clean.

Love this book, so helpful!
I absolutely hate it when my house is full of stuff EVERYWHERE. But somehow it still happens! This book is great, the tips are super useful. I've always been pretty good at not accumulating too much stuff, but the items we have collected do seem to get spread out and take over from time to time. I love the tips about developing habits to avoid this, specifically, in this book. I will definitely be recommending this book to my mother in law, however, as she really needs to start learning how to stop hoarding things. I think the guidance in this book will be very helpful for her. The narration is also easy to listen to. Highly recommend!
