Very thorough on the topic
I have always suffered from anxiety and will overthink EVERY relationship. I found this book really covered lots of different scenarios and eased my feeling that it is 'just me'. I really liked the idea of neuroplasticity and how we can break the negative thought patterns. This book is one that I feel I will refer back to again and again. Thank you. 😊.
