Not so anxious anymore
Great audio that fits me as a person and I've gone from relationship to relationship needing other people to make me feel complete. I did a lot of work with my therapist and she recommended this audiobook to I've me more knowledge and exercises to practice to help me heal from decades of relationship trauma and helping in my current relationship by doing the work and healing. Well narrated and easy to follow. Anxiety has reduced, I feel more independent then ever and it has massively helped our relationship as well.

Anxious no more
My attachment issues have been going on for years, and I am now realizing this issue. I went looking for a book and came across this one. This book is well written, and the guidance is top-notch.
