Great story for the kids
Just finished listening, Love the part with the Lizard creatures, I could just imagine the 'kung foo' fight with these Lizards. Mr Tinkerton and his young assistant took several travels in time using the chronobox while trying to retrieve a chronobox that had been stolen by other scientists. This is a brilliant book for older kids.

Enjoyable short story
To start I’d like to make it clear that I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Going into the review, I’m a big fan of sci-fi books and I really enjoyed this time travelling short story. The story itself was good and despite it being a short story, it sets the scenes really well and doesn’t appear rushed. I felt that the narration of Darren Stephens was excellent and I’ll definitely be having a look to see what other books he’s read.
I personally don’t usually purchase short stories. It’s my own preference as I often don’t think that they’re worth the Audible Credit (i.e. when you can pick the full Sherlock Holmes collection or other sci-fi books like Space Team, both 60+ hrs range and cost the same as a book that’s less than 2hrs). If I could pick up shorts like this for a few pounds rather than using my credit I think I might well do that going forward as it was enjoyable.

Great short story
Very interesting the references to specific periods of time we can recognise, good story as well. I hope there is a follow on as I was quite disappointed at the ending, but perhaps that is because there's more to come. Narration was spot on too.
