About this listen
Do you want to become an exceptional nonprofit leader? You have a vision, you have a mission, and you have a burning desire to do good in the world. But that’s it. Starting a nonprofit seemed like the right thing to do but it hasn’t turned out to be that simple. Your skills are in driving social change, not in managing people, finding donors, and all the administrative headaches that come with running a business.
But it’s ok. All of these challenges are solvable and shouldn’t hold you back from fulfilling your purpose. That’s where The 12 Secrets of Exceptional Nonprofit Leaders comes in. In this audiobook, I’m revealing the main factors that will help a nonprofit leader go from good to great. You’ll learn things including:
- One thing that exceptional nonprofit leaders spend on average 6.5 hours doing each week
- What an elevator pitch is and what it can do for you
- How if all you’re doing is managing, then you’re doing something wrong
If you want to realize your full potential as a nonprofit leader and create massive social impact then buy this audiobook right now!

An exceptional tool all nonprofit leaders need!
This short and informative audiobook has all the tools needed for a nonprofit leader to succeed. It provides 12 valuable traits that any leader can adopt no matter how much experience they have behind them. It is current and relevant to the times we live in today and alongside the 12 traits, provides a great description of each trait whilst giving practical examples to implement in your nonprofit organisation. I particularly liked the points against micromanagement and how to avoid this, as well as building trust as a brand!

Worth the listen!
I just started some work with a non-profit and while I am not a leader, perhaps one day I might be, so my search began for some resources. I enjoy listening to audiobooks and I'm glad that I found this one. Each of the 12 secrets seemed important and relevant and gave me a good source for thought!

An "exceptional" read.
Let me first express how informed and experienced the writer sounds. I truly believe his claims as a charitable leader and he has gained my trust with well-guided information. Also, the narrator isn't annoying!! I listen to a lot of books and unfortunately far too many of them ruin the book with their annoying voice, but this narrator is perfect for this book - clear and informative.
Overall, I think this book should definitely be in your library if you're looking to get your foot in the door with nonprofit management.
