Guided meditation

The book is a bit different than what I expected. This book is designed with guided meditation on areas where people tend to overthink. Although it's different than what I initially thought, I still think this small book would benefit those who just want a quick session to set intentions for their day.

Declutter your mind

This is an excellent book to help you free your mind from all the worries. The background music and narrator’s voice are very calming. This is a great guide that helps you stay in a present moment and relax your mind and body. The book shows how to use meditation to get in touch with your senses, speak to your inner child, and a lot more. The book is an excellent guide for anyone new to meditation. It helped me get relaxed and be more in peace with myself.

Helpful to keep focus

This audiobook is short, but very helpful in helping with overthinking. With the world being so crazy and our minds being overstimulated with information, this book helps create focus and mindfulness. It is calm, relaxing, and presented in a straightforward manner. I also struggle calming my mind sometimes, but the meditations were helpful. Highly recommend!
