Summary

A beautiful winery with a deadly past!

In a historic mansion outside of Piney Falls, dark rumors have swirled for over a century. Strange occupants, mysterious disappearances and unexplained deaths have frightened the locals away from Naybor Manor.

Modern day Naybor Manor has transitioned into the Sassy Lasses Vineyard, a winery struggling to remove the scourge of its past. Word of Lanie's sleuthing skills has reached the owner. She wants Lanie to uncover the truth of Naybor Manor and end the rumors once and for all.

When more bodies are discovered, Lanie realizes she might be in over her head. What she uncovers will link the tales of Naybor Manor to their present world in a way no one saw coming.

Good!

This is an interesting story about people trying to make a success of a wine business in a location with a murky past. Well written with good characters it involves different timelines as history mingles with the present. Carolyne Leys narration was very good and brought the story to life. Recommended.
I was kindly given a copy of the book by the publisher and leave this honest review.
