Summary
Supervisor Abuse Part 1 is my book that entails a supervisor who becomes friendly, sending her gits cards and money. Supervisor would speak greatness in the beginning and call on the phone daily. She would help her manage tasks and provided great support. She began to invite her to places after work and mail gifts to her house. She thought of it as a friendship but later found out that she was in love with her.
As she rejected her, she begins to stalk her, and lay off workers that were friendly to her. Supervisor would begin to speak negatively against her, causing issues on the job. She was receiving bad reports and isolated by coworkers. Coworkers and staff mistreated her every day at work. She didn't know what to do at first, but there was a God.
She begins to document daily what happens and also made copies of her work. She was yelled at in front of staff for false complaints. She would go home stressed with stomach pain and headaches. It was like a nightmare. All the other supervisors would mistreat her also. She felt like quitting her job, but she had a child to take care of.
Everyday staff would come in with an attitude against her. She was in the enemies' camp, helpless with fear. It was as if she was on pins and needles. She would pray and focus on her job tasks. She would share info with her mother, who said to ignore it. She was in pain and felt trapped with no way out. She became wiser and began to keep a daily journal. She overcame her trials, which are concluded in part 2 of Supervisor Abuse.
