Useful and Useless in the same measure

Some fine information and recipes, however, the authors obvious bias towards a carb heavy diet left a sour taste. Superfoods should be a complement to any way of eating but as an almost always carb centred food it should be noted that high fat medium protein and low carb is the bodies natural and preferred method of nutrition. high carb diets lead to diabetes and this is ignored in thus title
