About this listen

Despite having their secret revealed, the residents of Melbrook Hall return to Lander University for another year in the Hero Certification Program. Good thing the focus of this year is teamwork, because with their origins known, they'll have to lean on each other more than ever.

Now finally sophomores, their curriculum expands, allowing them to train in the majors that Heroes specialize in. The new classes will test their minds, bodies, and determination in ways never anticipated. In a year filled with the unveiling of secrets, unexpected entanglements, and, of course, super-powered battles, who will be left standing is anyone's guess. Because if all that weren't enough, more light is being shed on last year's kidnapping attempt, and the results point at something far bigger than mere rogue educators.

Something that isn't even close to being over with.

!

This is one of my ever growing list of favorite books and the audio book doesn't disappoint. Thank you Drew Hayes for writing this incredible book and to Kyle McCarley for reading it so beautifully.

Okay

Still much too long, and the way they talk to each other is much too... clever. It could have done with dumbing down to make them seem more normal.

Not even finished yet

But I'll give it a 5 rarely give a 5 and never before its finished... Usually avoid superhero books cos it's not science and it's blatant made up crap... But.. Well I love the previous book and I love this one... Still 10 hours to go to the end and I'm buying the next one and writing this review

Can't wait for the next one

Great book albeit slight irritating delivery in the way they identify who's talking. the storyline is so engaging though that this was not more than a minor irritation.

Super Good Sequel

While the first book in the series failed a bit in the writing this picks up and continuing expanding the excellent plot and engaging gallery of protagonists.
I'm not a big fan of "Superheroes" in general, I'm however a great fan of "realistic" superpowered heroes, like the X-men movies (not the comics) and similar. This series really scratch that itch and some. I really look forward to dive into the next one!

awesome characters and all the little details

The characters aren't perfect, they have flaws. But they come to life with such detail.
The narrator adds a consistent and emotional support to the character allowing the listener to forget it is not a dramatisation.
