Summary
A ripped, transgender construction worker and a tweed-wearing, tortoise-shell-cozy-knitting bear of a professor... Somebody's getting stripped.
The last place I expected to run into my childhood camp crush was at the local university, looking all kinds of cute in a tweed jacket with a nervous blush. I’ve always had a bit of a thing for the nerdy professor type.
Demetri says he doesn’t date. I want to believe that it’s true and not that he’s not interested in a transgender man like me. If all he can offer me is friendship, I’m more than happy to take it.
Coy looks during sweaty workouts, rainy nights on his couch watching him knit shell cozies for his pet tortoise... I’m falling for him, whether I want to or not.
Can I break down his walls and prove to him that he can trust me with his heart? And can I trust him with mine?
Stripped is a swoony, steamy MM romance that is the sixth book in the Four Bears Construction Series. It can be listened to as a stand-alone, but you won’t want to miss these bear’s antics. This series does not contain any shifters, only the other kind of bears.

Awesome book!
Story: Fun, lighthearted read with great MCs and the best crew in the world as background. I love the author’s sense of humor and all the funny bits!
Also, approach to the transgender MC and the issue at large was top notch writing.
Narration: great performance! Loved everything about it!

Excellent story - almost as good as Screwed
This whole series is terrific, but this installment is a close second to Screwed, Ollie and Daniel’s story. Like Screwed, this sweet romance between body-conscious Demetri and Four Bears new joiner Miller is utterly captivating and addicting. It’s hot, happy, heartwarming, and of course has a solid, swoony HEA … and it’s all rolled into one really well-written story.
I absolutely adore Ollie and Daniel from Screwed (especially sweet Ollie), but unexpectedly, Miller and Demetri rival them. I loved Miller from the outset and his generous, non-judgmental, totally authentic, comfortable in his body attitude sealed the deal. Demetri struggles with his self-image because he’s not model perfect and because his ex destroyed his self-confidence. It takes time for him to truly believe and accept that Miller (who is totally hot and looks like a male model) could love him exactly as he is. And c’mon … Demetri knits little outfits for his best friend, his tortoise Mars, and it is hysterical and cute and very very sweet. Who knew that fawning over a tortoise in a cosy would do it for me. 😆❤️ 🐢 Even if you haven’t read the other books in the series (although I highly recommend you do), read this one. It’s so good.
Liam DiCosimo and Tim Paige continue their narration of the series and this is another well-done addition. I read the book first and then read and listened to it and the audio definitely augments what is already a great story all on its own. Highly recommend.

Brill
This is a brilliant story that I really enjoyed listening to. I liked the chemistry between them even while they work through their nerves and hang ups.
The narrating really brought the book to life

Sweet and heartwarming
Another one of great books by Kyleen. I loved listening and party reading it. It's nice to read books about people being accepted for who their are and not something they never can be.
Can't wait for the next book. ❤️

Sweet, funny and sexy
OK. This is my new favourite in the series. It's as sweet and pure as it is sexy and funny.
There are just as many laugh out loud moments (keep a tight hold on your junk gentlemen!) as there are 'ahhh!' 😍 ones.
The story is uplifting whilst still having the usual sexy vibe and it's always fun getting to know the guys better.
Loved it!

3.5 stars
Nice sweet story, and I think it addressed the trans element well with positive representation (personal body acceptance and contentment, good family relationships, conversations when starting out a new relationship etc). The only reason for the lower rating is the world and characters aren’t as filled out as they could be to give that richer depth.
