really like this always fall asleep quickly

Joel Thielke is amazing I've tried so many different audio books but his work everytime you just have to be patient as you do with all these kind of audio books, alongside his wonderful work is Rachel meadows who's voice is calming and gently sends you off to sleep in no time with instant relaxation .
definitely highly recommended as perfect with my sleep disorder.

Unorganised. Annoying voice.

There are ten sections to thus recording. Each for a different subject. Ideally you should be able to choose just the ones you want to concentrate on. However nothing is labelled or even mentioned at the start of the sections. So you could be ten minutes in before finding out this is about panic attacks or lack of confidence, when you wanted simple meditation.

The voice is, unfortunately annoying. Some of the phrases like "double your relaxation" just jar. Also it jumps straight in without giving more than ten seconds to get settled. It's a bit like a race commentary.
