helps me a great deal
I face difficulties sleeping and relaxing from time to time due to personal/family issues.
So once I lay down, my thoughts begin to spin around and around and prevent me from getting a good night's sleep.
If I choose to listen to this audiobook instead, I fall asleep between 20-40 minutes. I love the narrators calm and friendly voice and the visualizations are great to follow. I feel at peace and calm.
I am very greatful that I found this book, I tried a few but this one works for me best!

Very relaxing
If I wake up and can't get back to sleep due to a racing mind, I find this audio helps calm the mind and back to sleep I go.
