Wow!

Brooks has done an incredible job in "Stress Burnout Decoded"! This book is an in depth guide to help pull you out of the monotonous stress from day to day life. This Is Great Advise!

Stress Burnout Decoded, This is great advise! It came just at the right time for me and was extremely insightful! This audio really made me think of all the ways that I was letting things slide to keep the peace, letting people get away with way too much and running myself ragged. This is an inside job that needs my attention, way too much shoveling other peoples crap under the rug. This audio has opened my eyes to take control, it stops right here! This author did a great job of putting it all out there, this is very well written and read and I recommend this as a must listen! I appreciate all the pointers given and the challenge to strive for! Thank You!

So Timely!

Wonderfully narrated by Sarah Andrews, Stress Burnout Decoded hits the nail directly on the head! I don't know if we have ever seen a time when more people in the US have reported being highly stressed and facing higher levels of burnout. This book breaks down the science behind what actually causes burnout. Like many working adults, stress management is a skill I am still trying to master. This book introduces many healthy coping strategies I try to utilize daily.

A new sense of balance in my life <3

Oof. We've all been there, right? I found this audiobook at a moment when stress (and burnout) was really whooping my butt. This audiobook put so much into perspective for me! I've been able to view a lot of difficulties in a new light and the author really helps you identify your strengths. I've been trying to teach my kids emotional resilience - which is hard in this day and age. I feel like taking the time for mindfulness with the guidance of this book has helped my view on daily pressures and it gave me some great insight into finding joy amidst chaos of my hectic life as a mom.

Life-changing advice!

As someone who's been feeling like I'm constantly running on empty, this book felt like it was written for me. Most of all, I appreciated the focus on self-awareness. Understanding the root causes of my burnout was an important part for me and the first step toward making meaningful changes in my life, overwhelmed with responsibilities.
