About this listen
Have you ever felt a sudden surge of intense fear and anxiety? Explore this panic attack guide, including information on symptoms and treatment, and tips on self-help.
A panic attack may be a one-time occurrence; although recurring episodes are encountered by many. Recurrent panic attacks are often triggered by a particular situation, such as crossing a bridge or speaking in public - especially when that situation has previously induced a panic attack.
You may experience one or more panic attacks but be perfectly happy and healthy otherwise. Or you may experience panic attacks as part of another condition, such as panic disorder, social phobia, perhaps depression. Panic attacks are treatable, no matter what the cause. There are techniques you can use to reduce or eliminate the panic symptoms, recover your confidence, and take back control of your life.
Causes of panic attacks are not understood. Genetics, stress, and some changes in the way parts of your brain work can be the underlying factors. In some cases, panic-like signs and symptoms can be caused by underlying condition, such as a sleep disorder or thyroid problem. One can anticipate sudden panic attacks, but there are no obvious causes to sudden attacks.
A panic attack is a sudden and intense feeling of anxiety, fear, or anticipation, without any real danger. Generally the symptoms of a panic attack arise unexpectedly, peak within 10 minutes, and then subside. Some attacks, however, can last longer or happen in succession, making it difficult to determine when one attack finishes and another starts.
Further enumerating the types of panic attacks, this book discusses the effects of panic attacks on human health in general, on academic performance, in sport, and in business.
The various ways of coping, preventing, treating, and curing panic attacks, that is, how to live a healthy lifestyle, are also shared.
Get a copy of this book, and you will never regret it, as it also contains some medically oriented content. I wish you a happy time in life.
