About this listen
Racing thoughts are ruining your love life. Here’s a life-changing guide to ditch negative thinking for good, and enjoy being with your partner.
Lying in bed, staring at the ceiling, you replay your partner's words in your head.
You wonder why they haven't texted back yet—after all, it's been a whole 10 minutes.
Or maybe you get a little uneasy when they go out without you, thinking they must be having the time of their lives, and start questioning why they're even with you.
It's tough, isn't it?
This never-ending mental loop is overshadowing the joy of love.
You're not alone; your partner is also starting to feel its weight.
And let's face it, love shouldn't feel like an endless maze of stress and anxiety.
Did you know 41% of all first marriages don't make it? And hold onto your hat—60% of second marriages fail too.
Overthinking could very well be a culprit in these failed relationships.
This struggle is real but doesn't have to be your reality.
Your thoughts are powerful, but they're derailing your happiness and love life.
So, let's put an end to it, shall we?
Inside, you will discover:
- Why your mind plays tricks on you: no, you're not crazy. Your brain has reasons for overthinking
- Self-assessment to spot the overthinker: think you might be an overthinker in love? It's time to get to know yourself a little better
- How to embody the “live in the moment” mantra by practicing mindfulness – this approach will be your new best friend
- How to tackle jealousy and doubt head-on – handle those pesky feelings like a champ and sort it out!
- Trust, the love glue: building trust can sound like rocket science, but this book makes it easy peasy for you. Ready to go from shaky to solid?
- The critical role of communication and how it can either break or make a relationship – get to know the dos and don’ts so you're not walking on eggshells anymore!
- How to set boundaries like a boss – boundaries are not just lines on a map; they're your ticket to a healthier love life!
And much more!
Still doubting? Hey, it's totally normal to have doubts before taking the plunge into something that promises to shift your life.
But if you're feeling stuck in a cycle of overthinking that's jeopardizing your relationship, what do you have to lose by giving it a try?
Your current way of thinking isn't serving you or your relationship. It's time for a fresh approach, and this book offers just that – do it now!

Excellent Book and Resource!
For those in the spiral of relationship anxiety, this book is just what you need! The book really unpacks the weight of overthinking. The narrator is great and enjoyable to listen to. I also loved the humor included, coupled with actual advice. One of my favorite parts is how it goes deep into unraveling just why our brain always goes to worst case scenario - and how to stop! Highly Recommend!

Find Inner Peace in your Relationships
This book is a lifeline for people who are struggling with anxious attachment, jealousy, doubt, and worry in their romantic partnerships. Anyone can find themselves overthinking; the structured approach in this book and the strategies for calming racing thoughts will help build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
I especially enjoyed the section titled: "Let’s Talk" which encourages open and honest communication with your partner. It is amazing how effective this strategy is but how often it is overlooked. I also enjoyed the focus on self-reflection and personal growth which I agree is key to personal empowerment and less time to overthink.
